“The privilege of a lifetime is
to become who you truly are.”
- Carl Jung -
The flower veins rooted in the dark, spreads its wings towards light. Connecting the depth and the above, being graciously itself among the all. Unapologetically, fully, faithfully serving its beauty. Even if it is just a single flower in a paddy field, or one among countless sunflowers. Without it, the world would be at a loss.
As a human, to bloom authentically into your beauty and intimacy is not a matter of the mind, nor something constructed by society. Like a flower, it is written in your veins, the invisible threads of knowing that breathe through you. Each breath, each sensation, each moment you are living informs you of what it is like to be you. From this intimate knowing, you begin to sense what is meaningful, what is true, what matters most so you can rise, show up, stand for in the way you are being with your loved ones. You pick who want to become respectfully, give it your loved ones, and let life live through you to others. In doing so, you blooming into your own colors, moment by moment.

A flower doesn’t bloom from its petals into its roots. Life and love does not begin from the outside in. It begins from within you.
When you return within, to tend to the parts that was once under resourced and cannot yet rise. When you listen to the pain it carries, it will reveal the most fundamental truths of your being, the non-negotiable needs that allow you to bloom with ease, purpose and joy.

Just like all plants, you already know how to rise. Even in the shadow, you bend, sometimes scream inside, to reach and find your way home towards the sun. It is in your nature, to heal and come into your wholeness.

Come Home To Yourself.
To The Quiet Guidance Within,
To The Truth That Sets You Free,
And The Intimacy That Restores You Whole.

When you are no longer split between wounds and defenses inside, you no longer need to perform or protect. You begin to relate from truth of your authenticity rather than defense.
You meet your loved ones from presence rather than reaction.
Inner peace, and the joy of connection ripples outward into how you listen, speak, hold, and love.

You can look at your loved ones with all their parts, dark or bright and say: “I am here. I am real. I can meet you as you are, because I am no longer abandoning myself, nor judging you.”
This is a place of non judgmental. The ground of intimacy and belonging. A way of living that accompanies all of others, dark and light, loving whole.

The beauty of the dark, is its love to shine the light. May you welcome all of you, dark and bright.
May you embrace your partner, in joy and pain.
I am here to accompany your journey.
