I am Ceri Lan.
I am a LKM board-registered and licensed Psychotherapist, with bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

My Vietnamese name is Ngoc Lan. My mother chose the name “Ngoc Lan,” inspired by the fragrance of the white Champaca flower that lined Hanoi's roads in the 1980s.
In adulthood, I added “Ceri,” symbolizing Unconditional Love, which represents my deepest aspiration to embrace all of life's experiences with open, compassionate acceptance.

Having lived abroad since the age of nine, I was fortunate to receive an international education and travel to many countries. However, these early life experiences also led to struggles with self-identity, safety, and belonging. After a number of failed attempts to find home in romantic relationships, each ending deepened my despair, until I eventually fell into depression.
Therapy became the turning point. I began to understand my wounded relationship patterns, reconnect with my unmet needs, and cultivate compassion to be with all parts of me and partner. This healing journey shaped my calling.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with Distinction from HELP University and worked as a Psychotherapist in Psychiatry wards, Corporate environments, Universities and Private therapy centers.

I now recognize that many mental health struggles are part of a shared human experience. I feel a deep commitment to support those who are searching, to return to their inner peace, live by your authentic colors, and build secure, lasting relationships.
