




Circle of Cs (Courage, Calmness, and Compassion) is open and welcoming. We are all here to get together with fellow practitioners in a caring, insightful and deep transformation.
Some of my earliest healing and most meaningful transformations took place in group work. Group work provides the space for holding a challenging discussion, while you are not alone. As I witnessed the shared human challenges and be acknowledge for my own pain by like-minded travelers, I grow out of my story and expanded into what I truly want to be.
The group space held all of us calmer and inspires our courage and compassion to journey through any issues towards a life we truly value.
In the circle of Cs, we are an online group of practitioners who are on the path of self-discovery, healing, conscious living and actualizing.

Inner Child Healing

When we are little, there were a lot of moments when we spent time feeling very anxious, abandoned, and afraid. We may forget those moments, as we grow up.
However, those unresolved issues lived on and express themselves in the form of co-dependency, feeling unsafe, unworthy, unloveable that can lead to mental health such as depression and anxiety. They are shadows that cause us to develop big walls around my heart and a fear of vulnerability. It traps us alone inside.
When we are disconnected from our inner-child, we might have a hard time setting and maintaining boundaries, using our voice, or receiving love.
It can be painful, and at times, super lonely.
Healing Your Inner-Child is powerful to rebuild a secure, and healthy relationship with yourself.
Through inner-child work, you will reunite with your inner child, understand how you cope with fears and vulnerabilities. You learn to soften your walls and not only love myself, but let others love you too.

Bloom through a Heart Break

Healing from Heartbreak is a journey into the Medicine of Heartbreak.
This program is for you if you are in the midst of a breakup, divorce, loss of a relationship, or if you’re struggling to let go of an Ex.
Heartbreak can put us on the threshold of a personal awakening. It is an opportunity to create a deeper connection with yourself, discover what you really want, reclaim your wholeness and heal wounds that contribute to playing out unfulfilling relationship patterns.
