However, connection has been unravelling globally over the past few decades – leaving more and more people feeling isolated.
A wealth of recent scientific literature has shown that people who lack social connection suffer impairment of numerous bodily systems, from immune to cardiovascular, and face an increased mortality risk equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes per day.

Awareness, Courage, and Love (ACL) creates opportunities and processes for us to intentionally look further and deeper within ourselves and others to build relationships based on what is genuine.
We aim to help people develop the connections they desire in their lives, by using the empirically supported principles of Awareness, Courage, and Love (ACL).
Through ACL meetings, it creates opportunities and processes for us to intentionally look further and deeper within ourselves and others to build relationships based on what is genuine.
Meet Functional Analytical Psychotherapy and ACL Global Project Founder, Mavis Tsai in this brief, heartfelt Introduction video on "Create Extraordinary Interactions".
